Mechanical Design

Throughout his career, there have been many hours on the drawing board literally. With the advent of computer aided design, he kept his skills current by learning the use of AutoCAD. This is not a designer damp behind the ears who creates mechanisms that cannot be built or maintained, but one who fully understands machine shop practices and the importance of designing for maintainability.
